This event will be run via Teams and recording, transcription and the chat function will be enabled. The recording will be shared through EAUC channels, while the transcript will only be used for the purpose of meeting notes to then be deleted and not shared outside of the EAUC staff team. Artificial Intelligence may be employed to create meeting notes. We may take screenshots, record all audio and video. We may take photographs at a physical event. Any subsequent photographs or recordings may be used in future EAUC publicity materials only. All video and audio recordings and photographs will remain the property of EAUC. By submitting this booking you are agreeing to the screenshotting or photographing and/or recording and/or filming of the proceedings, as described above, being made for future dissemination by EAUC and third parties within whom it works in partnership, for non-commercial purposes, under the terms of a Creative Commons attribution, non commercial licence 2.0 UK: England and Wales for the benefit of the higher and further education community. If you wish NOT to be photographed or video recorded, please let us know on arrival at a physical event or do not allow access to your webcam for a virtual event.
